This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and sltvip governing your use of the sltvip platform, games, promotions, and all associated services. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years old to create a sltvip account and participate in any gaming activity on the platform, consistent with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations in the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on sltvip. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are satisfied.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and sltvip. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the sltvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the contractual relationship between sltvip and the Player.
2.3 sltvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on sltvip, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:
3.2 sltvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of the Account and forfeiture of any balance associated with non-compliant activity.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sltvip makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
4.1 Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on sltvip at any time. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. sltvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an Account that results from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.4 Players must promptly notify sltvip at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized access to their Account.
4.5 sltvip reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
5.1 sltvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter (OTC) banking channels. Available payment methods may change from time to time at sltvip's discretion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. sltvip does not charge fees for standard deposits, but players should confirm whether their payment provider levies any charges.
5.3 Funds deposited into a Player's Account are held in trust by sltvip for the purpose of game wagering and do not bear interest. sltvip is not a financial institution and the Account wallet is not a bank account.
5.4 All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are processed at the rate prevailing at the time of transaction.
5.5 sltvip reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a chargeback risk.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any unsatisfied Bonus funds) to the payment method used for their most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
6.2 KYC verification is required before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID) and such other documentation as sltvip may reasonably request.
6.3 sltvip aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
6.4 sltvip reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraud, AML breaches, or chargebacks may be withheld pending investigation.
6.5 Players acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their designated withdrawal account details are correct. sltvip cannot be held liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account as a result of Player error.
7.1 sltvip may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, free spins, and other promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Players must wager the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the stated number of times before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. If a withdrawal is requested before completion of the Wagering Requirement, sltvip reserves the right to deduct any remaining Bonus balance and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
7.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. sltvip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
7.5 No Player may claim more than one welcome bonus unless expressly permitted. Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts.
8.1 All casino games and RNG-based games available on the sltvip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by sltvip's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
8.2 Live dealer games are facilitated by internationally recognized studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Dream Gaming. These studios operate under their own regulatory licenses and are subject to independent audit.
8.3 In the event of a disconnection, technical failure, or software error during a game, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy. sltvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
8.4 sltvip reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes where a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions) is identified. No Player may seek to exploit a manifest error for financial gain.
8.5 Decisions made by sltvip in connection with game outcomes, bet settlement, and dispute resolution are final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
9.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the sltvip Platform:
9.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances (including real-money and Bonus funds), and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 sltvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or at the Player's own request.
10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated funds will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, sltvip may forfeit some or all of the Account balance.
10.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting sltvip support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding violations, any remaining real-money balance (net of unsatisfied Bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.4 sltvip may terminate the Platform or any Game service at any time without notice. In such event, sltvip will make reasonable efforts to return Player balances to verified payment methods.
11.1 Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their Account settings. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately or within 24 hours, depending on the type of limit.
11.2 Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting sltvip support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Marketing communications will also be suspended.
11.3 Players under self-exclusion may not have their exclusion reversed before the elected period expires, except in exceptional circumstances and subject to a cooling-off period at sltvip's discretion.
11.4 Players who are experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek professional support. sltvip recommends contacting qualified support services in the Philippines for confidential assistance.

12.1 All content on the sltvip Platform — including but not limited to the sltvip brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of sltvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
12.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any sltvip intellectual property without prior written consent from sltvip.
13.1 The sltvip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sltvip makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any Game.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sltvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.3 sltvip's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit sltvip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
14.1 sltvip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes.
14.3 sltvip will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Players' personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority.
15.1 sltvip reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered Account address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notice unless the amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or security considerations.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to sltvip's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit complaints to [email protected] with full details of the dispute.
16.3 sltvip will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within seven (7) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties may submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.4 Nothing in this clause prevents sltvip from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
